Kitchen Cupboard

New JBM kitchen cupboard after a few additions including: taps, plug and drain from Sussex, new tiles from Stokesayware ( haven't decided if I am going to grout them or not) and some little wooden draw pulls to replace the brass ones. I was so hoping the tiles would fit exactly but I was half a tile off and couldn't conceive cutting one in half so....

  1. I like the changes you've made to your sink unit - the tiles are lovely and thanks mentioning JBM I hadn't seen their site before.

  2. Hello,

Being new to the world of miniatures please can you advise, which of the more expensive/finer furniture lines would you recommend? Most blogs mention that they have a piece or two of Bespaq, JBM and JiaYi, are they all similar quality and worth the money do you think? (I live in Dorset, UK by the way!)

  3. I like JBM and I have a few bits from Jia Yi which I think is less expensive than Bespaq or Hanson. These makers have furniture that is so much nicer than run of the mill miniatures,it is better proportioned and delicate. I think JBM is Australian. I have had some wonderful deals from www.uol.hk, I bought some beautiful chandeliers for less than half of what they sold for elsewhere. Good luck

  4. Your sink unit is lovely. I'm not sure what you did to solve the problem of the tiles - did you space them out a bit extra, or what?
